Greater Accra Regional Minister, Ablekuma North MCE & Sheila Bartels Visit BECE Examination Center

Earlier today, the Ablekuma North 2020 NPP parliamentary candidate Ms. Sheila Bartels, was part of a high powered entourage which accompanied the Greater Accra Regional Minister, Hon. Ishmael Ashitey and the Ablekuma North Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Kofi Ofori on their visit to one of the exam centers for the BECE – Wesley Grammar SHS.

The entourage included top officials from the municipal assembly, the Presiding member for the municipality, Hon. Edmund Lomo and a host of other members of the assembly.

Taking turns to address and motivate the candidates, the minister and MCE both admonished them to be of good cheer and have faith in their ability to face the exam and pass out in flying colors.

For her part, Sheila assured the candidates that all of Ablekuma North is rooting for them to succeed. She reminded them that the exam they are writing isn’t alien to them but is drawn from the same lessons which they have shared with their colleagues and teachers.

She advised them to eschew all forms of exam malpractice and focus on writing the exam to the best of their ability. Sheila Bartels is expected to visit other exam centres in Ablekuma North to motivate and counsel the candidates to stay sharp for the remaining papers.
